Can I register for the H-1B lottery with more than one employer?
Yes, multiple employers with genuine job offers may each submit a registration for you. Under the beneficiary-centric selection process, selection is by unique person, not by registration, so your odds are the same whether one or several legitimate employers register you. If you are selected, every employer who registered you is notified and you may choose which offer to pursue. Each person may only be registered under one passport or travel document.
Watch out
Registrations must be for real, bona fide job offers; duplicate or fraudulent registrations (including multiple passports) can lead to denial and being barred.
Informational, not legal advice. Immigration rules change and individual cases differ. Confirm anything that affects your status with your school’s DSO or an immigration attorney before acting.
