Refunds, the no-fight version.

SundayApply does not run subscriptions or auto-renewals. You buy a pack of credits once, and that is it. There is no recurring charge to stop and no plan to downgrade. If you simply never buy again, nothing happens and you are never billed.

• Window. You can request a refund of unused credits within 7 days of the purchase.
• What is refundable. Credits you bought but have not yet spent. We refund the portion of your most recent purchase that remains unused.
• What is not refundable. Credits already spent on a generated application. Once an application runs, real compute cost was incurred on your behalf, so spent credits cannot be returned.
• Promo and bonus credits. Free bonus or promo credits have no cash value and are not refundable, only the credits you actually paid for are.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the in-app billing page. Tell us which purchase you want refunded. We confirm and process within 2 business days, no “why are you leaving” survey, no friction.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay. Once we initiate the refund, it typically lands in 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The timing of the final credit is controlled by your bank, not by us.

If you were charged but credits did not appear, or you were charged twice for the same order, email [email protected] with the date and amount. We reconcile against the Razorpay record and refund any duplicate or failed charge in full.
