The deal, in plain words.

SundayApply is a software tool that helps job seekers, built primarily for international students, tailor resumes and cover letters to a job description, research employers, and draft outreach. It is operated by SundayApply from India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You need an account to use the paid features. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Use a real email you control, we send receipts and account notices there. One person per account. Do not share credentials.

• The product runs on prepaid credits. You buy a pack, then spend credits when you generate an application. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details, Razorpay handles that.
• Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment. They do not expire and they are non-transferable between accounts.
• Pricing is set to recover our actual processing and payment-processing costs. We may change prices for future purchases, credits you already bought keep their value.

SundayApply helps you apply faster and tailor better. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, visa sponsorship, or any specific outcome. The sponsor data we surface (H-1B, LCA, PERM, E-Verify, and international registers) is sourced from public government datasets and is provided for research. Always verify a company’s current sponsorship stance directly before relying on it. We are not an immigration adviser and nothing here is legal advice.

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not have the right to use, or impersonate someone else.
• Use the service to generate false claims on a resume or to deceive an employer.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the product or its underlying data.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its security.

We may suspend an account that abuses these terms. If we do, unused credits remain refundable per the refunds policy unless the abuse involved fraud.

You keep ownership of what you put in (your resume, the job descriptions you paste) and of the tailored output we generate for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service. We do not train AI models on your content, see the privacy policy. The SundayApply name, site, and software are ours.

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed application deadline or a hiring decision.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute.

When these terms change in a way that affects you, we bump the effective date above and notify active users by email. Questions go to [email protected]. A real person reads it.
