SundayApply is software. There is nothing to ship. This page exists to state plainly how you receive what you pay for.
SundayApply sells prepaid credits, a digital product used inside the app to generate tailored job applications. There is no physical good and therefore no shipping, courier, or postal delivery involved.
Credits are added to your account balance immediately after a successful payment is confirmed by Razorpay, typically within seconds. You can start spending them right away on the dashboard. A receipt is emailed to the address on your account.
In the rare case a payment succeeds but your balance does not update within a few minutes, email [email protected] with the payment date and amount. We reconcile against the Razorpay record and credit your account, or refund it, the same day. The relevant terms are in the refunds & cancellation policy.
SundayApply operates the service from India and serves users worldwide. Because delivery is digital, your location does not change how or when credits arrive.
